  IMG_8439.JPG - Chippewa Square honors Major General Jacob Jennings Brown's victory at the Battle of Chippewa (in Canada) during the war of 1812. But nearly everyone in the square is looking for the famous park bench used in the movie "Forrest Gump". It was a prop, and removed from the park after filming, by the way. It is housed in the Savannah History Museum now.
