The Helix Nebula, the nearest planetary nebular to us. 15 minute exposure.
Great open cluster M46 with planetary nebular NGC2438 in the foreground.
Open cluster M47, right next door to M46 (which is spilling over in the bottom half.)
This is a bad exposure of the California Nebula, half of it at least, with condensation on the sensor. But I caught either a meteor or a flaring satellite. There's a trail that passes all the way through the frame.
Better exposure of the "other side" of the California Nebula, NGC7009.
Great blue planetary NGC1501.
Only good image of NGC7000 the North America Nebula, which doesn't fit in the whole frame. Need more practice to make a mosaic.
