11/11/02 - EKC region 0191 was a welcome sight after the bad weather. E for bipolar with penumbra on spots on both ends of the group and a length of between 10 and 15 heliographic degrees, K for a large asymmetric spot greater than 2.5 degrees in N/S diameter, and C means compact distribution with the area between leader and follower spots contain many spots with at least one having penumbra.
