Stuart and Susan Chalmers join Jane for a Mars sketch

Susan and Stuart were visiting from Scotland and joined me at the eyepiece of our AP180EDT for a spot of sketching. The three sketches were drawn within an hours time on Oct 17, 2003 UT between 5:40 and 7:15 UT. Telescope: Astro Physics f/9 AP180EDT at 300x using 16mm Zeiss Abbe orthos. Mars was showing a 91% phase and was magnitude -1.61
